- $80,000 - 100.000 plus incentives, commiserate with experience, let's talk and make an offer

Electrical Service Dept Manager Requirements:
- Master Electrical license(s) in Maryland, Virginia and/or Washington DC
- 5 Years experience working with Property Management companies for service and maintenance of common area electrical equipment
- Experience and knowledge of estimating and quick turnaround of small service or repair work of $1,000.00 to 150,000.00
- 5 Years experience managing an 24/7 Electrical Service Department with (10) or more service electricians in a fast paced service environment
- 5 years experience with Service Management and Dispatch software, GPS vehicle monitoring and Office 360, Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Clean Driving Record Is Required - must provide Driving Record
- Candidates must be geographically knowledgeable of the MD and VA service areas
