FULL CHARGE BOOK KEEPER / OFFICE MANAGER - for Corporate Office with branch offices
Seeking an exceptional full charge book keeper / office manager to support company growth and expansion!

This position will have a critical and key role in development and support of our evolving Centralized Service Center for Metro DC, Maryland and Virginia for our fast track electrical service departments


Salary: Commiserates with experience, 75K - 85K Plus Incentives
Benefits: 401K, Health and Dental Insurance Coverage, Paid Time Off (PTO), Vacation Leave

Essential Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Business Management Associate Degree or Accounting equivalent is desirable
  • 5+ years: Accounting experience in full charge bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports, daily deposits
  • 3+ years: cloud-based Sage Intacct accounting or equal and cloud-based Field Service Management solution(s)
  • 3+ years: Payroll experience managing and processing ADP Payroll Workforce Now with 30+ employees
  • 3+ years: HR and Administration experience in Employee Benefits and 401K via ADP
  • Insurance, manage and oversee company business and employee health insurance plans, fiscal workman compensation audits
  • Microsoft Office 365 skills: Word, Outlook, advanced Excel skills
  • Assist CPA with assessing and filing of annual taxes for federal and local state tax returns
  • Experience in managing 4-6 staff members in multi-state office environment
  • Maintain and renew Business, Electrical and Corporate Business Licenses
  • Well organized and ability to work independently with CEO
  • Assist CTO in management of IT and software upgrade projects, training and implementation with staff
  • Prior experience in commercial construction business environment is desirable
